Hotel Bookings
Accommodation booked by us is to be paid through our agent Ideal Travel on the confirmation of the reservation. They accept all major credit cards & a standard credit card fee will be charged.
Deposits
We will require deposits prior to your arrival for any excursions you book.
If your accommodation is booked through us, the football cost can be paid locally on arrival. If you book your own accommodation we will require a deposit for the football pitch.
Organised transport ie airport transfers, local shuttles to football pitches, will be paid locally to us on arrival at your accommodation.
Insurance
As this an activity based weekend we strongly recommend you obtain adequate travel insurance.
